Project Description: The manufacturing facility includes 71,540 square feet of warehouse space and 6,324 square feet of office space. The warehouse space construction utilized cast in place Tilt-up concrete wall panels with a 31’ eave height. The warehouse space has 10 loading dock doors. The office space accommodates 20 people.
