Project Description: For this manufacturing client, we provided design-build and self-perform services for a vertical expansion to accommodate new operations. Due to space constraints and schedule, we utilized helical pile foundations and a hybrid structural frame. The vertical expansion was constructed simultaneously with mezzanine and equipment installation allowing for an expedited schedule. Once the new structure was in place, the lower, existing structure and roof were removed allowing the client’s operations to remain weather tight during construction.
