Project Description: LRA served as design-build contractor for the project. The 181,745 square foot facility includes office and logistics support space, loading docks and nearly 180,000 square feet of storage space separated into four compartments with one capable of flammable storage. As design-build contractor, LRA utilized its self-perform services for foundation and pre-engineered metal building work. LRA and Helena have worked together for over 30 years.
