Project Description: LRA Constructors, Inc. (LRA) served as Design-Build Contractor for Flint’s Ag & Turf Division at the Oakland Meadows Business Park in Leesburg, Georgia. The project consisted of site development of roughly 15 acres and building construction of a multi-level 78,017 SF sales/service building, 11,200 SF storage building and 1640 SF wash building. LRA served as the design-build lead for the project with design partners Yielding, Wakeford & McGee Architects, Lanier Engineering, Butler Engineering and Driggers & Associates. LRA self-performed all shallow foundation and steel erection work. Construction included over 2400 cubic yards of concrete and approximately 325 tons of structural steel.
