Project Description: LRA provided program management, design-build and general contracting services for multiple projects on the corporate headquarters of SASCO Chemical Group. These projects included installation of new electrical service and alley modifications, construction of maintenance facility, construction of production addition, construction of new office building with quality control lab, improvements to existing loading docks, modifications to existing exterior veneers and streetscape as well as various interior plant modifications. Through working closely with the SASCO Chemical Group, all work was completed without any major shutdowns to the existing facilities.
