Project Description: The two-story medical office building totals 22,720 square feet. The facility includes 12 exam rooms, 8 doctor’s offices, accommodations for 88 patients, 2 digital x-ray rooms, elevator and a 3,100 square foot outpatient surgery suite. After completing the medical office building, LRA was responsible for the construction of an 8,373 square foot outbuilding for physical therapy. The project was selected as a Nucor Building System’s “Feature Project”.
