Project Description: LRA was the successful bidder for the additions and renovations to the Family Tree Child Development Center. The construction transformed the existing 9,524 square foot facility into a first class 30,811 square foot child development center. The multi-phased project included an additional parking area, construction of a new 15,260 square foot east building, new storefront entrance tower, connection of existing and new building and major site improvements. The Family Tree maintained full operation during construction. The center is an on-campus learning/development center for the hospital staff’s children.
