Project Description: LRA was the low bidder for the original Phase I construction of the Career Center, which included renovations to a certain extent so that the college could finish construction as part of its lab curriculum. During construction, it was determined to award the remainder of construction to LRA for a complete build-out of the facility including exterior stucco, interior finishes, millwork, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and voice/data. The facility includes classrooms, interview rooms, conference room, media/library and other support areas.
