Project Description: LRA Constructors, Inc. (LRA) served as site and shell contractor for construction of the first standalone Starbucks in Albany, Georgia. Working with Elite Construction, Inc., LRA was responsible for all site work, concrete, masonry, metals, rough carpentry, trusses and moisture protection. In order to meet the fast-track 90-day schedule, LRA self-performed all foundation, structural steel, miscellaneous metals, wood framing and prefabricated wood roof trusses.
