Project Description: In order to meet the design and contracting objectives of the City of Albany, we were able to bring together the services of MG Patton Construction, Inc., an Atlanta firm with law enforcement experience, Artesian Contracting Company, Inc., an 8A certified firm and LRA Constructors, Inc., a local firm with the financial strength to bond the project and supply local contracts. At the time, LRA and Artesian were in a state approved mentor protégé relationship. The 72,780 SF project included concrete vaults, blast proof glass, anti-terrorism features, and extensive cast stone/coping work.
