Project Description: LRA served as general contractor for the construction of this 6,000 SF standalone bookstore building on the campus of Darton State College. The project, which was constructed adjacent to the Student Center, included construction of the new building and various sidewalks to maintain campus access with new improvements. The utilities serving the new building were connected to the campus central energy plant. LRA worked closely with design professionals and Follett Educational Group, bookstore vendor, for the successful, on time completion of this project.
