Project Description: LRA was the successful bidder for the tenant renovations of an existing building for Albany Vascular Specialist. The project included mostly interior renovations with minor exterior improvements. The 9,000 square foot facility includes 4 physician’s offices, 5 exam rooms, 2 ultrasound rooms, 2 procedure rooms, patient recovery area, prep/holding area and typical support areas. The project was successfully delivered on a fast-track schedule in 90 days.
